Born from our own experience of navigating pregnancy, birth and postpartum, we found ourselves overwhelmed by opinions, advice, and endless lists of products we were told we needed. There seemed to be a product for everything, yet finding the bits that actually mattered felt harder than it should have been.

So we created Vital Bits.

We cut through the noise to provide thoughtfully selected essentials for the hard bits - the sore bits, the uncomfortable bits, the messy bits, and the often unseen bits that come with pregnancy and recovery.
