Born from our own experience of navigating pregnancy, birth and postpartum, we found ourselves overwhelmed by opinions, advice, and endless lists of products we were told we needed. There seemed to be a product for everything, yet finding the bits that actually mattered felt harder than it should have been.
So we created Vital Bits.

It really depends on your birth plan. If you're planning a vaginal birth or c-section, we've created packs specifically for each. If you're not sure yet, or you're buying for someone else, the Postpartum Kit has all the essentials covered for both vaginal and c-section.

We recommend having your recovery essentials ready around the 35 week mark so you don't get caught out by any unplanned surprises.
Not at the moment, but every order is thoughtfully packed in a ready to gift state.
Your care pack can't be customised, however feel free to add any individual products to your order and we'll ensure they are shipped in one together.
