How to use

1. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water (ideally around 37 - 38℃)
2. Screw the cap on and extend the nozzle.
3. Invert the bottle between your legs while on the toilet or in the shower and aim the tip towards your bits.
4. Squeeze the bottle gently and repeat as needed.
