Additional Delivery Information

For domestic orders, we use NZ Post. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

For rural deliveries, please allow an extra 2 working days for transit. We aim to process orders as soon as possible during standard business hours.

If an order is placed over a weekend or public holiday, we’ll aim to sort it the following business day (please note, in some cases this could take up to 48 hours).

Standard delivery times do not include any time for processing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a notification of dispatch with an online tracking number.
