How to use

1. Fill your tub with roughly 10 cm of lukewarm water (between 36-38℃).
2. Add 2 scoops of Postpartum Sitz Bath Salts for added relief (optional).
3. Sit down and soak your bits for 15-20 minutes, making sure the area is fully covered.
4. When you’re ready, slowly stand up and gently dry yourself. You can use an air dryer on a low setting, or gently dab the area with a soft towel.

Care, Safety & Maintenance

After use, rinse your tub with warm soapy water and store out of direct sunlight.
