30-Day Guarantee: Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all products. If you change your mind, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns outside this window.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

C-Section Scar Patches

Due to hygiene and sterilisation standards, we can’t accept returns on scar patches if the packaging seal has been opened or removed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise arranged with us in advance. We strongly recommend using a tracked service - if your return doesn’t arrive, we’re unable to issue a refund.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@vitalbits.co.nz with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos and we’ll get back to you asap!

Refunds & Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• If a replacement is requested, we will ship it out as soon as possible.
