I received the Essential Postpartum Recovery Pack as a baby shower gift, and it was honestly one of the best gifts I received — the packaging is so cute too! The undies were silky soft and the ice packs were a simple snap for instant relief. I literally couldn’t pee without the peri bottle and the sitz bath was a total lifesaver since we don’t have a bath at home.
